The ridge reamer pictured in the link has one little quirk that fooled me the first time I used one like that. Each time it's used for another cylinder, it must be turned CCW to the bottom of its travel. If not, it tops out after a couple of cylinders have been reamed. The cutter head climbs a VERY fine thread as it cuts, and if you don't reset it for each cylinder, it runs out of vertical travel quickly. Jerry
