Nice job Deve. I'm not even trying to keep up, but am really appreciative that you are taking the time to document the rebuild. I know lots of others will benefit over time.

Question - is it possible to get cylinder ridges out with a hone, or do you have to use the ridge reamer? Can't you just take the pistons out through the bottom when the crank is out and let the machine shop take care of the ridges?
