Hey Patrick, I say go for the sub. You don't need the third seat anytime soon, there's lots of time for that. Most of us aren't restoring for the money, it's a passion for these trucks. It's likely cheaper to spend a bit more for a complete finished truck than to restore one yourself. The journey is the challenge.
