My truck has been driving good. I did test the alternator/battery to see that it is receiving a charge, around 14.3v. I struggled with my wiring project, so I don't know that I have everything wired correctly. My ammeter stays in the center when I turn on my headlights or step on the brakes. But when I use my turn signals, the needle does go to the discharge side and then back to zero for each blink. That's one way I know the turn signals are working because the little green light at the end of the turn signal handle doesn't work all the time.
