My terminal block and lamp sockets arrived from Classic yesterday. I'm in the process of running the new 12 ga wires.

When I go to test it prior to permanently affixing the crimped terminals, is it necessary to have both Hi and Lo beam wiring in place? In other words if I wire the Lo beams first, can I test the Lo beams with the light switch before wiring the Hi beams or does all the wiring for Hi and Lo need to be in place first?
