Bartomos, I don't see anything that looks like a terminal block on either fender.

Ground wires from each lamp come out and screw to the fender.

Headlights are normal H4, 3 prong lamps. The original T3 lamps were still in place and connected so I don't think the lamps are wired incorrectly.
