The dimmer switch is new and I know that is often the source of headlight problems due to the way the circuit is wired. The same problem is exhibited with the original dimmer switch.
What's the likely source of this problem?
I intend to run some temporary jumper cable grounds all over the place to see if there is a grounding problem. Each headlights grounds are clean and on unpainted metal of the inner fenders.
