American Classic Truck Parts--Anyone purchased parts from these guys? I need the headlight assembly for a 1950 3100 and they seem to be the only place that has them.

They sponsor this website and many people have ordered from them.

I have bought over $1000 dollars in parts from them in the past year and they have been very good to me.

Same Day Shipping!
The only thing I don't buy from them is what they don't sell.

Tried most of them, American Classic seems to be the best around.

I've ordered from them and they corrected their one mistake (they shipped me the wrong bed wood) no problems.

I asked one simple, easy to answer question and they lost a customer for life due to their response. I called and spoke with the manager and apparently the smartass who answered my email was just having a bad day and took it out on me. They refused to help me and kept trying to get me off topic and side step the issue. I remained civil and calm through it all and will continue to spend my money elsewhere.

Jeff,

That's too bad. We have ordered from them also. John's had to return something, but it wasn't a problem. It happens with all the people we've dealt with.

AND cool news ... someone sent this thread to them ... and they've offered to help with the postage in getting the goodies sent to the GABFest locations. That'll come in quite handy.

Peg, Ive had issues with parts plenty of times but Ive never had any one treat me as disrespectfully as they did.

I've bought several parts and the manuals for for my '65 c10 and I have been happy with the parts and the books.

The one thing though, if you have any kind of issue, call them on the phone with your order number. They will never reply to your email or if they do, it will take a month.
