haha great, so much for oil theory. thanks for the clarification...I was under the impression, from the explanation i read once, that the oil molecules are a polymer chain that unfolds when hot, and that it actually somehow...becomes the heavier weight. I guess the distinction is between consistency and lubricative properties.
