Sorry guys, I have a V8 question: I've heard from several sources, one of whom is an automechanic, that the chevy 305/307 V8s were junk from day one. Anybody have any knowledge or opinion on that? Since some yahoo has dropped a rebuilt 305 V8 in my C60, I'd like to know if I can expect it to blow up any time soon, especially under the stress of yankin a 7 ton school bus around.
