I don't know the answer. But unless you are going to work your truck hard I don't think there is much reason to look for a truck version big block.

Why look for an unusual version of a motor most people would never be able to tell from the common verions? 454's are common and probably cheaper to work on that any other big block.

I don't see an advantage in the 366.
