I am very interested in this 427 truck engine, but it's gonna be a little while before I have money to buy it or time to get it. I'm in my last semester of college, so I'm gonna be bogged down until the summer months. If he doesnt mind it sitting around for another few months I think I can find a home for it. BTW the first generation of Vortec Chevy truck engines, from 1996 to I guess 1999, included a Vortec 305 that pumped out 230 horsepower. I'd be willing to bet that was the hottest production 305.
