The only problem running a 366 I would forsee is it would probably end up being a real bad GAS BURNER.

I have a 390 big block ford in a truck its a horror show when it comes to excessive fuel consumption, 12MPG.
I also have a dodge 360 engine in another truck and its not much better maybe 15MPG, I use both for business so I don't care but for a personal vehicle I would be not put up with that kind of gas consumption at todays prices.
I would imagine that running a 366 would be the same unless I am wrong about that one,? after all the 366 is a HIGH block engine.
