The fact that it's a '40 and a 1/2 ton gives it more value in my opinion. They're more rare than the '41 thru '46s. If it is as good as described, it might not be too overly priced. If it is mostly complete and unmolested, you will be money ahead, than if you find a cheaper (but rougher or less complete) one, and have to buy and pay shipping on a lot of parts.
Be sure that it comes with a title!
