I'd show up with about $500 cash and offer to tow it out of the field for $400. Right now it's just keeping the weeds beneath it in check, and it sure hasn't been driving Miss Daisey. It's only worth what someone will pay so what do you have to lose by making an offer of 400 bucks? The scrap value eek is less than half of that. A few pictures for us to look at would help.
