I agree with truckernix. I would try the drill driving the oil pump (ask for clarification, if you want instructions) and I would take off the valve cover. Drill-drive the oil pump and check the oil gauge and check for oil coming out of the rocker shaft/arms. This will give you a better idea of what works and what does not work (and where/what to check next).
