in 1977 or 1978 a man by the name of tom ogle(search "star-telegram") from west texas, came out with some kind of invention to increase the milage on cars. supposely goverment officals were there for this 150?mile test. the invention was sold to a scientific lab in washington or oregon. tom ogle died in the late '80s or early '90s(search "the parade")
