transmission mount from Classic Parts. If you look at the picture you can confirm that the rubber pads on your mount are in the wrong place.
Classic also sells
just the pads so you can restore your mount, which has already been taken apart, to the correct configuration. Your rubber pads look to be pretty oil soaked, so may not have much life left in them. Should be easy to remove your mount and repair correctly instead of buying a whole new mount.
