You need to loosen the collar ,the one that you cannot thread on then remove the 4 bolts that hold the bell retainer on both in your first picture .clean the torque tube behind the bell so that you can slide it back as far as it will go .Once you have got this far you should be able to see the universal joint. Put a jack stand under the torque tube up close to them joint but not in your way .Disconect the u joint and you should be able to lower the tube enough to work on installing a oakie bushing.There are two sizes of oakie bushings and even then you need to measure to make sure they will fit .The two I have tried one was to tight so it had to have material taken off to fit in the tube and once in the tube it tightened so the yoke would not fit and also tightened up on the driveshaft .The other one fit well after a little machining but I had to sand the bushing to allow the yoke to slide in .One video may help the jayhawker .
