Who made that particular head? Aluminum and 45 degree intake ports. Does it have combustion chambers or just a flat surface?

I saw a red '35 Chevy coupe at a car show in Houston 10 years ago. It had a 302 with a 12 port Fisher head on it. Short stack Hilborne injector bodies using modern electronic injectors. The owner was from Pearland Texas. He said he had bought the engine from AJ Foyt's garage many years before.
