After looking at all the bearings and such I think someone rebuilt the rear end and for whatever reason didn’t put that last spider gear in place. All the bearings and races show no wear at all. Same for axle bearings. The guy I bought this truck from I suspect rebuilt it and on first drive it tore up. That’s only thing that makes any sense.
