Toe-in is important. Book says 3/16 inch but my 69 yr old 3100 didn't like it... I gave the tie rod a quarter turn in, tried it and did it again until it tracked true. Nothing is factory specs on these 70 year old trucks anymore... use specs as a guideline, then adjust +or - until it acts like you want it to.
