New to the forum and new to classics
I just bought a 1948 3100. Great cosmetics but needs some mechanical love. Steering is all over the place (like low speed dangerous even) and I suspect it’s the steering box as the wheel moves many inches before under truck components move. If the box is the issue, do the repair kits work? They are 100 bucks. Also, is that a repair that must be done by removing the box and steer shaft?[img]
