Not the original engine from what I can tell. Possibly a later 235, as it has bolts around the perimeter of the valve cover rather than two studs and nuts up thru the center, which would indicate a stock 216. It still has the single barrel Rochester carburetor on it.
The transmission and rear end with torque tube look original as does the frame. I see that it has an upgraded master cylinder with vacuum boost, which is probably a good thing (stopping is important.)
