JW51 In about 1983 an old guy who started re-winding generators in 1936 came to me ,eventually we became alternator re-build partners,now he really knew a lot about a delcotron. He showed me how to build alternators that would prime at a low RPM like bolters need for their trucks. My local junkyard guy saved me several delcotrons that now wait for truck service or are repair parts,HEI,s too.
