Not sure but the BBQ grill specific black spray paint that is really good to use on aluminium rads suggests 50F to be an ideal temp. Supposedly adhears well to aluminum. I sprayed a rad at about 50f and seemed good. Not that any ofthis has anything todo with rustoleum.
