So I don't believe in making a 62 year old truck look new so I wanna keep it looking its own age...I got busy with the power wire brush and got the drivers side all shiny but still rusty for texture...

my goal is 50 foot truck when we are done...something the original 80 year old Howard Knapp would have been proud to drive around our then very quite little town of Round Lake and Maltaville NY...
The truck came with this funky grey primer on the cab...I pour some lacquer thinner on a rag and rub the primer and I am coming up with a very aged green truck cab in spots...I will continue to rub on it in hopes of saving as much of the original finish as I can... a little rattle can to fill in where needed...
