I am rat rodder at heart so I love to keep stuff kinda rough and let the natural finish happen....every time my wife comes out and looks at the truck she is like..."oh you better get some paint on this metal".....I wanna leave it natural....maybe throw some brushed on rustoleum like they used to do back in the good ole days...this truck is a smelly old truck just like his owner is...
Thanks guys for all the comments...I am hoping next to be getting some crusty old running boards and stretch them to fit the 9' long box on it...right now I have the short dump box style running boards and then a big gap where there should be something else...gotta line on a pair of suburban running boards that I think I can make work....only time will tell....
