Is it possible to do the valve stem seals without removing the head? I would think it is so long as each piston is moved up to TDC to keep the valves from dropping in. Thoughts?
Also, where exactly do the valve stem seals go? Do I remove the retainers and springs and then just slide them on the valve toward the base?
