and then I realize you have no intention of taking it as far as I did, but there is an invoice on what a Central Kansas Machine Shop charges for each task. This is a pretty economically depressed area so I am sure the price in South Texas and Central Kansas are pretty much the same. That will give you an idea of what you will have to pay.

My thought is you will be in sticker shock just like the rest of us trying to rebuild these old motors. But paying a little more when it's completely apart is a whole lot smarter than messing with the longevity of the rebuild job.
