It was meant to get someone to (potentially) answer your question since I didn't know. Me commenting "bumped" your question up to the top of the list in the forum, the same as this comment will. I've seen 'bump to top,' 'TTT', 'BTT' also.
Either way, I don't know why the lock nuts were configured that way.
