crenwelge is right on. Recently an employee at a shop that I "frequent" had a piece of hammer break/chip off and hit an artery in the bend of his arm. It turned out to be a "mess" with the workers comp and hospital bills. Now, the insurance company wants to know who made the hammer! No markings on it so you can figure the rest of it out.
