As I stated in an earlier post, I have both Superwinch & HF(Badlands) & have had good luck with both. I am very easy on them though as I only winch things that roll on inflated tires because I do not want to scratch either trailer. The thing about Superwinch that is hard to stomach is the price is 4 times the price of the HF for the same rating. I try to buy American as much as possible, but an extra $750.00 is too much for me. This is why I decided to try the HF when I added the second trailer.
