Tommy, thank you for responding. For my purposes, I feel sure the PG is a fine tranny. I just hate to walk away from her now. Do you think I am being paranoid in suspecting that my shop 'ruined' it? Did you see my previous post today about the noise I heard when they gave it back to me today? If I can find a competent PG rebuild shop, I would jump for joy right now. I need a shop that, first of all, can tell me whether she is rebuildable. My shop is telling me that they cannot figure out why their rebuild is not working out. What do you say to a mechanic that says something like that? I am sitting here knocking my head against the wall trying to figure out what to do. -Alden
