It certainly makes sense that a transmission would have such a pipe plug access for monitoring the main line pressure. I somehow doubt that my mechanic performed this test. But I will be looking to have it done and receive a report of the results. I did not know of this test. Thank you for bringing it up. I will, of course, come back with an update to this nightmare. -Alden
