but was able to get pretty much almost finished with my truck. I ran it without rear fenders and rear bumper from last July until this past weekend. I put those on and will run her like this for some time now.

Thanks...now to find a 47-53 project truck for my dad. He has a 66 f100 but has a soft spot for those years chevys. He had owned a 49, 50 and 52 before. Need to find just a complete truck with no need for an engine, tranny or title. So I am off the the classifieds hoping for some help.

That's a very sharp looking '46 and certainly a great Father-Son project. Your brother would be proud to drive it.

Some people are like Slinkies, Their not really good for nothing... But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

I'm pretty new here. If you don't mind my asking - what happened to your brother? I understand if you don't wish to share.

Thanks guys...I missed this place and the good folks. My brother passed away about 10 years ago at age 30. He had WPW since birth and unfortunately never got the best medical advice about it and getting surgery to correct it.
