I call my truck "Therapy". When I need to chill out I go out into the garage and work on it. It's a great way to relieve stress.

My 49 Touring B is named after a old woman, indian tracker, ... ''Endaway''

I believe if memory serves me well her first name was ''Olden''

now say her name...

my 52 Touring C is 'Delilah'
my 49 was 'Bubbles'
my 39 80'' is 'Running Bear'
my 55 is 'Sir Costalot'
my 74 is 'Direwolf'
my 60 old bugeye sprite was 'Box' cause her licence was BOX102
and somewhere in this mess were two 1941 dodge 1/2 ton military P/U and a 47 moustache grill 1 ton p/u.
No name yet for the 51 ... they kinda have to find their way and then one day it comes to ya.

my old panel was Flash - last in a long line of Flashmobiles I've had - next panel will prolly take on the name - the 58 fleetside is called Red, of course, and the 57 [soon to be fleetside] is the Frankentruck, tho babytrkr calls it The Baby's Truck, which I don't argue with grin

Here are some of my past and current vehicles and their names.

1966 C-10 Fleetside---------"Curly"
1966 C-30 Pick-up-----------"Rusty"
1970 Pontiac LeMans---------"Dino"
1979 Toyota Corona----------"Duke"

I renamed the 1979 Corona after my father, because he purchased the car new in 1979, and recently passed away. The previous name of this car was "Ethel".

Never thought about it. But now that I am, I'll call it "Rattle trap". I'm always chasing some squeak or rattle. Drives me nuts. I know its an ole truck, but its a pet peeve of mine. Some little squeaks are OK but not when you can't even hear the stereo.

Ray,

We just got a nice email about you this past week from John "Mongo" Sibely. He sent us a neat art piece from his Mom that we were able to use in Kevin Pennell\'s piece on Winterizing your Bolt .

Nice to think about winter while everyone in this hemisphere is burning up, eh?

John seemed like a really really nice guy!

45 2 ton - "The 2 Ton"

46 3/4 ton - "The White Truck" - Which isn't going to last much longer as it is only partially white now... white w/ blue fender.

84 Old's Cutlass - "The White Car"

92 Geo Metro - "The Little Blue Car"

now at my dad's...

46 1/2 ton - "The 46"

92 Chevy Sprint - "The Poo Car" or "The Poop Car" - when my nephew was learning to talk he had trouble with his B's and the "Little Blue Car" came out as "Poo Car"

94? Station Wagon - "Grandma's Shaggin' Wagin'"

#2 92 Chevy Sprint - "Myster Wiggle's" - when dad bought it, it had a problem with the axel, he had bought it as a parts car.. and he drove it home from the city "Wiggling" all the way

All the rest.... "Granpa's Used Vehicle Lot"

Mine was dubbed "Tuesday" many moons ago cir 1980 every Tuesday no matter who drove she broke down. This lasted about 6 months ang then became the most dependable veh in my family. Tuesday would start when nonething else would. Dad drove her to work leaving me to school bus several times.
