Yes, it sounds fine.
It is nice if the groove-width in the harmonic balancer matches fan-belt grooves in other parts.
The relocated radiator in A-D trucks with later 235/261 engines was a very common professional and shade-trade adaptation. It does not necessarily result in optimal cooling, but it usually works fine. The old mantras were "it's a truck - just do what's needed to keep it running/working".
