As you probably know:

B = February
11 = 11th
0 = 1960
By the way, CON4 means Conveyor 4
If this is going into your 1954 truck (and, it is still 6v), use the 54 clutch housing and clutch-assembly parts (and starter, generator, and harmonic balancer).
You will have to do something for the front motor-mount and something with the water pump (you could install a water-pump relocation plate and used your old water pump and fan blade).
