Deve, Bill is right on. I don't know of any of us hobby guys, or even a local professional shop that can rivet like your talking about. I do suggest using Grade 8 bolts on chassis/stress/load area's.
Let us know if you figure out a neat way to rivet your chassis. I see this question come up a lot.
