this flick filmed at the Flint, MI plant in 1936:

part. Just grind a small flat on the head, center punch, (I use
a center drill first) then drill out starting with a small
drill (1/8") then to a bigger drill and drive the plug out with
a drift and 3lb hammer.
The guys riviting the cross member in the frame in the link I
posted earlier make it look easy don't they.
