One of the sites I found just uses something called a bucking bar that is simply a bar with the appropriate die and two C-clamps to hold it to the frame. The problem with backing it against the other side of the frame would be in many cases the rivet is inside of a channel or something is obstructing. This site also mentions heating the rivet while inside the hole with an OA Torch with medium tip. I am imagining that center channel assembly that goes across the AD frame. Thats where most of the damage normally is. Must be about 30 rivets in that assembly.
