Good info ringgear! They do almost look like rivets and are 7/16-20 thd, about the size of a swollen rivet. The serration would be larger than 7/16. I have to think about it, probably the serration would only "dig" into one of the thicknesses being held but that makes it better, tolerance-wise. I like it! Only thing is you can only buy one length, but can cut off if too long.
