Well, Hot Rod, I kinda hate for this to be over. I'm going to start at the generator and do as you said, clean and check everything for tightness. There is not a dedicated ground wire from the gen. to the regulator,yet. Today there will be. I've really enjoyed learning from you. As I said before, I'm 60 almost 61 years old and I've had a good time watching thing work when you do thing right. My friend, "Stovebolt" could not have a better or more patient teacher. I know you probably won't believe this but I retired from an electric plant, but I was a mechanic for most of my time and then switched over to operations before I retired.
