I got a Arizona 89 C 3500 probally to late of a truck for this thread but the intention was to put a early 40,s cab and front clip on it. But the 89 cab was virtually rest free and I didn't want to waste it, built a mech/welding bed on it and use it every day. Biggest problem with the early cab was finding commercial ins for it. Sure would of been easy on the eye tooling down the Interstate about 70. The front crossmember is virtually the same as the early ones, they didn't change until 90 on the 1 ton's.
