Steve, I have searched here, chevytrucks and at the HAMB as I am sure you have done as well. you may be on your own.
Have you considered the IFS off a 1 Ton late model GM(late 80's, early 90's)? It would have to be narrowed just like the 3/4T your looking at, however it is another option.
