I think I have figured it out, thanks to many that have answered my caster angle problem question. It all comes down to making sure you measure exactly where everything goes and then measuring again before you tear into it. The best way to get your front IFS is to buy the entire front end with everything attached. A friend of mine and I took a sawzall and a very long extension cord to the salvage yard and cut the frame off a 72 1/2 ton at the firewall and then just rolled the entire assembly up onto a trailer. I was then able to take off what I needed as I went along. I had to fabricate a new steering column with parts from Borgeson and Ididit, but I was able to use the 72's steering box. My only regret is that its not power steering. I am getting a good workout on my arm and shoulder muscles when I drive it.
