I used a 9/32 drill bit as a gauge for the first float adjustment. The float in this carb had been monkeyed with in the past and and getting the second adjustment was nearly impossible. Someone had bent the arms instead of the little stop tabs and tongue.
I pulled the float out of the Willys carb and set the first adjustment with the drill bit. The second adjustment was already dead on.
