Different warp. This is the base of the accelerator pump INSIDE the carb. You will have to remove the air horn (top section of carb) to see it.
The seep at that gasket is a symptom of the internal issue. Not the area or warp.
As for the number of your carb, look at the area where Jon’s pic says 3211.
