Jon, I was trying to find out which switch he has. The original or the next generation you posted. It does seem like he may have a solenoid, which the "V8" switch you show is used for. He did say "original" switch. A 53 switch is the pic you first posted and the link I posted. It would be good to know but agree that either way it's the switch. I'm sure that Tom understands and will remedy.
